EBOOK DETAILS
File Size: 812kb Zipped, 859kb Unzipped.
Number of Pages: 64
Format: Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
Subject: A guide to using eBay to generate leads for digital products.
Other Information: You can download a free leaked chapter from Auction Profits Unleashed by Clicking Here.

ABOUT LEE MCINTYRE (AUTHOR OF THE AUCTION PROFITS UNLEASHED)
Lee McIntyre is a teacher who has already successfully sold digital products online in the teaching niche. Although Lee has only been trading online since 2006 he is a true success, selling 600+ copies of his first Internet Marketing ebook, Auction Profits Unleashed, during pre-launch alone.

ABOUT AUCTION PROFITS UNLEASHED
Auction Profits Unleashed explains how Lee McIntyre uses eBay to generate leads for digital products and squeezes every last drop of value from the site. Best of all, Lee explains how to automate the whole process. The topics covered include:

  • Why eBay is an Internet Marketer’s Best Friend!!
  • Finding an Online Market to Serve!!
  • Creating a ‘Premium’ Digital Product!!
  • Setting up a Sales Page for your Product!!
  • Getting an eBay Account and Getting some Feedback!!
  • Using eBay to Generate Leads!!
  • Preparing your Auto-Responder to Follow Up with Leads!!
  • Choosing a Delivery Method for your Digital Product!!
  • Developing your Marketing Funnel Further!!

Lee begins the ebook by explaining what a typical day as a school teacher involves for him. This is usually a 7.30am - 6pm shift at the school, plus one hours marking, four times a week. He does this simply to explain that if someone like him can find the time to make money online - then other people can too.

After this he moves on to explain ‘Why eBay is an Internet Marketer’s Best Friend’. As you probably already know eBay is one of the top ten ‘most visited’ websites on the Internet. Furthermore, visitors to eBay are ready buyers although the critics argue that these buyers are penny pinchers and bargain hunters. What may surprise you is that Lee agrees with these critics BUT thinks it makes eBay an even more attractive place to market your products. He believes that this bargain hunter mentality can actually be used to improve your sales. Lee then sums up his thoughts with a story about his Grandma (and her bargain hunting tendencies) and how his Grandma may actually spend more money whilst trying to get a bargain. Overall, I liked this chapter and I found it was a really good answer to the critics who say the digital product market on eBay is dead. I particularly liked Lee’s example which involved his Grandma and found it a good conclusion to the chapter.

In the next chapter Lee moves on to discuss ‘Finding an Online Market to Serve’. He begins by stating that although there is a lot of money to be earnt on eBay by selling your products, there is even more money to be earnt if you follow up with your customers and sell them a premium digital product. Following this, Lee goes on to discuss how to research the potential demand for a digital product, using the niches of weight loss, credit repair and classroom management (a niche which Lee has already had success in). He then goes further and shows readers how to assess the potential for a digital product in a specific niche with multiple tools including; Overture, eBay, ClickBank and Google. This chapter does contain some good information. I found the section where Lee explains the difference between determining demand in a market and demand for a digital product in a market very insightful and helpful. However, I believe Lee could have been a bit more concise in explaining his ideas in this chapter.

In the fourth chapter Lee moves on to cover everyone’s favourite topic; ‘Creating a Premium Digital Product’. He begins by explaining the different kinds of digital products that you can potentially create and then states which type of digital product is his favourite. Next, Lee covers the three basic options available to you if you want to create a digital product (which unfortunately I can’t list for you here). For each of the three options Lee explains the pros, the cons and makes suggestions as to how he would go about creating a digital product using that method. He also states how he thinks each option should be best utilised. With a topic as popular as digital product creation there are always going to be other texts out there which cover the topic in more detail. However, in this chapter Lee has a good stab at it, providing some very useful advice for those creating their first digital product and he covers all the required bases. Overall, this chapter provides an excellent, concise and informative summary of a potentially tricky subject.

Following this Lee moves on to cover ‘Setting up a Sales Page for your Product.’ When I read this chapter it reminded me a lot of my own experiences when creating my first sales page. The first very valid point that Lee makes in this chapter is to NOT do everything on the cheap. Based on my own experiences I really agree with what Lee says here because if you do everything on the cheap then you and your products look cheap. Next he moves on to cover the actual writing of your sales letter. Lee provides readers with a basic ten point template of what a sales letter should include and then provides some more general writing tips to readers. He then finished the chapter with some tips on formatting your sales letter. Overall, I felt this chapter wasn’t as strong as the others within Auction Profits Unleashed. The ten point plan is a good template to follow when writing your sales letter, but a lot of the information is quite subjective and I didn’t learn anything significant after reading it.

In chapter six ‘Getting an eBay Account and Getting some Feedback’ is covered. This is a rather short chapter and to anyone who has been using eBay for some time it will contain little new information. There are some basic feedback management tips included but nothing I didn’t already know.

After this Lee moves on to describe how eBay can be used to generate leads. I can’t reveal the actual method he uses here because it would reveal all the secrets behind Lee’s ebook, and that is not what I intend to do with these reviews. However, I can reveal that it is a very valid method for generating leads and one that I use myself. Overall, this is a really crucial chapter and contains some great information which I would recommend everyone should act upon. I’ve lost count of the times I have heard the phrase “The money is in the List” but the frequency that this phrase is used only goes to show that generating leads is key to your success online.

Once you have your leads on the list you then need to follow up with them and that is exactly what Auction Profits Unleashed covers in the next chapter. First, Lee covers the two autoresponder options available to you; a Self Hosted Solution or a Third Party Solution. He explains which is his favourite and why. Next he goes on to finish the chapter by covering how he would approach follow up communication with customers. Again I found Lee makes some good points in this chapter but it’s a very subjective topic for which everyone has their own opinion. Overall, this section does act as a good guide (which can be modified according to personal preference) for people looking to start their first mailing list and autoresponder series.

Following on from this Lee goes on to discuss ‘Choosing a Delivery Method for your Digital Product’. I personally use My Digital Dispatch for my digital delivery but Lee covers both E-Junkie and DLGuard in this chapter. Since I haven’t got any experience with these two products I can’t comment on how good they are. However, Lee does go into great detail explaining both systems and even includes screenshots. Although I haven’t used these two products, I do know that when selling online it is important to automate as many tasks as you can - including product delivery. In this chapter Lee explains how to automate product delivery in great detail and so overall it is a very useful chapter, containing great information, which can be easily followed and implemented.

In the final chapter Lee covers ‘Developing your Marketing Funnel Further’. In this section he suggests additional ideas to profit from the leads you have acquired from eBay. This section contains some useful tips which will allow you to generate additional revenue from your list and it is a nice conclusion to Auction Profits Unleashed. The information in this chapter isn’t groundbreaking but it is practical and easy to implement.

In conclusion, Lee has done a very good job with Auction Profits Unleashed. If you are selling on eBay and using the site only as a selling platform, then you are missing out on a lot of additional revenue. Using Lee’s ideas you can maintain your eBay sales whilst generating additional sales further down the line. The writing style is really easy to follow and the use of screenshots to explain Lee’s ideas is a great assistance too. Best of all, once set up most of Lee’s ideas run on autopilot. As an eBay seller myself Auction Profits Unleashed comes highly recommended and I give it my own personal seal of approval.

GOOD POINTS

  • The detailed step-by-step instructions with screenshots really help. You can implement the information as you read.
  • I really found myself relating to a lot of Lee’s examples which allowed me to really connect with the information in Auction Profits Unleashed.
  • The level of success Lee has achieved in such a short time online goes to show just how effective his ideas are.
  • I was particularly impressed with the way Lee broke down the topic of creating your own digital product. It can be a hard topic to cover but Lee has made it really easy to understand.

BAD POINTS

  • I feel Lee could have been a bit more concise when covering certain topics.
  • Some of the material covered (such as writing a sales letter) is quite subjective. I got the impression that it was Lee’s own opinion rather than what is actually proven to work.
  • I found the section on getting started on eBay and getting some feedback very basic and didn’t learn anything new.

HOW I HAVE GAINED FROM AUCTION PROFITS UNLEASHED
I already sell my own premium product at http://www.theebookcavern.co.uk/ so I implement lots of the ideas Lee covers already. One thing I plan to act upon is the information in Lee’s final chapter ‘Developing your Marketing Funnel Further’. I feel it’s one area that I am not taking full advantage of currently.

The PowerSeller Project Review

The PowerSeller Project!!

EBOOK DETAILS
File Size: 3,006kb Zipped, 3,560kb Unzipped.
Number of Pages: 1 long scrolling page.
Format: Executable (.exe)
Subject: The PowerSeller Project details step-by-step how Sara goes about launching a new product.

ABOUT SARA BROWN (AUTHOR OF THE POWERSELLER PROJECT)
Sara Brown is one of the UK’s top Internet Marketers. She runs a variety of websites which can all be accessed from http://www.sara-brown.com/choices/. If you want to know more read her About Me page on eBay or subscribe to her newsletter through her websites.

ABOUT THE POWERSELLER PROJECT
As a long time follower of Sara Brown’s work I was intrigued by “The PowerSeller Project” which tells you how Sara goes about launching a product. Inside Sara discusses:

  • How she made £2000 in 24 hours without even advertising a product on eBay!!
  • How she earned £1000 from an ebook that someone else had written!!
  • How she made thousands by offering a product for free!!
  • How to make money through ‘Internet Copycatting’ which is perfectly legal if done right!!
  • Why having a simple website matters - even if you sell only on eBay!!
  • Her two biggest blunders and how you can avoid them!!
  • How to stop people stealing from your website!!
  • The ‘Kiss of Death’ on eBay!!
  • How she knows a project will make money before she even starts to sell it!!

The ebook begins like many other Sara Brown publications, with Sara explaining how she believes that jobs are effectively a form of slavery. She believes that you don’t need to work 40 hours a week in a job to earn a living, it’s simply a process that we have been conditioned to believe in from a very early age. Although Sara does make some good points, I think her views will not be shared by everyone. Certainly those who enjoy their job will be unlikely to agree, but those who are not enjoying their jobs will probably be nodding their heads in agreement with Sara.

She then moves onto discuss her first publication ‘Wake up and Smell the Coffee.’ This section is insightful and interesting to read. It also highlights a mistake that Sara made with this publication. Although, this section is interesting there is little practical information contained inside. It’s a story to give you inspiration rather than instructions.

Following this Sara moves onto discuss getting ideas for ebooks. Unlike other ebooks that suggest the generic bestsellers (e.g. make money online, gambling systems), Sara has her own unique spin on this. She follows up the advice in this section with multiple examples of how she has created ebooks in this way. The advice provided in this chapter is very useful and a model I follow to create my own ebooks. I can see how it would be useful to many people aswell, and enable them to make a profit.

In the next section Sara describes how to write your auction ad. She includes tips such as; writing a good auction title, what to include in your description and how to stop people copying your auction description. The information in this chapter is quite basic for me, although it may be useful for a beginners.

Next Sara describes how to write your ebook. In this section Sara describes the type of grammar you should be using, the fonts you should use and some other additional writing tips. She also includes some email and forum promotional tips. Again I found that this information was rather basic to me and will probably only really suit the beginner.

After this The PowerSeller Project describes how to protect both your ebook and your sales page. Although the tips in this section will help you protect your ebook and sales page, I do have some criticism. Firstly, the method to protect your sales page does work, but if someone really wants to steal your page they will (although Sara does mention this). Secondly, the method to protect your ebook does also work. However, it does delay the automated delivery process of Sara’s ebooks. I suppose this depends on what you, the ebook seller, rate as more important - automated ebook delivery or ebook security.

Sara then moves on to describe selling your ebook. First, she describes how to get a website set up to sell your own product. She then goes on to explain how she can generate a lot of money during the ‘pre-launch’ of the product and how to build a mailing list effectively. After this Sara moves on to describe selling your product on eBay. Sara covers lots of info here including how to respond to negative feedback you may receive whilst selling your ebook, how to use resell rights to market your ebook, how to write an effective auction title, the amount you should be spending on listing fees, her listing frequency and much more. Overall, I found this chapter quite informative and interesting to read. Sara covers a lot of information here and provides real life examples too. The only criticism I have of this chapter is that it isn’t the most structured. However, it provides you with a concise guide to selling a product effectively both on and off eBay.

Following this Sara moves on to explain her test, which allows her to determine whether her product will sell BEFORE it goes on sale. The test consists of four basic questions Sara asks herself about the product. If she can answer yes to one of them, then she will run the product as she is almost certain it will sell. This test is indeed a good method of determining whether your product will sell. After reading it, I realised that I had subconsciously used the criteria that Sara uses before the launch of my own products. Although the test does not guarantee your product will be a success, it is a quick, free and simple method that will allow you to determine to a reasonable degree, whether your product will sell.

In the final section Sara summarises what she has covered in The PowerSeller Project. She briefly explains how she would launch her product and then how she would set up a sales page and eBay listing to maintain sales - neatly summarising all the ideas in the ebook.

Overall, The PowerSeller Project is a good ebook for those who have not yet launched a product online. Inside Sara explains how she would go about launching a product, in a way that you can easily replicate. Although the focus is mainly on eBay it is a good model for beginners to follow when creating and launching their first product. On the critical side, Sara could have gone into more detail in certain areas (e.g. step-by-step instructions on how to set up a website, advice on which autoresponder to use etc). She could also have included a few more promotional methods inside the ebook and maybe included more information on how to sell your product outside of eBay. If you have experience of launching your own product I doubt you will find many new ideas inside The PowerSeller Project, but if you are looking to launch your first product on eBay then this is a good guide for you to follow.

GOOD POINTS

  • The PowerSeller Project is full of examples based on Sara’s past experiences showing you that a successful digital product launch is indeed possible.
  • Sara’s method for generating ebook ideas is very effective and one that I have found myself using.
  • The section on selling your ebook is concise, to the point and easy to follow.
  • Sara’s ‘test’ to determine whether a product will be successful before launch is both unique and effective.

BAD POINTS

  • Some of the ideas inside The PowerSeller Project are rather simplistic and will be common knowledge to those who already sell on eBay.
  • Very few promotional methods are covered inside The PowerSeller Project.
  • The ebook focuses largely on eBay selling and provides considerably less information on selling outside of eBay.
  • The level of detail in some sections of the ebook is low.
  • The delivery system delays your access to the ebook which I found quite annoying.

HOW I HAVE GAINED FROM THE POWERSELLER PROJECT
I read The PowerSeller Project after the release of my first premium ebook “How to set up a Successful, Automated Ebook Business on eBay.” Therefore, I did not directly use the ideas from inside The PowerSeller Project. However, after reading this ebook I recognised that I had used many of Sara’s methods when launching my own product. For example, my thought process for creating “How to set up a Successful, Automated Ebook Business on eBay” is very similar to the one Sara describes inside The PowerSeller Project. Furthermore, Sara’s test criteria to estimate whether the product will be successful before launch, are very similar to the factors I was considering before releasing “How to set up a Successful, Automated Ebook Business on eBay.”

Quick Cash Injections Review

Quick Cash Injections!!

EBOOK DETAILS
File Size: 1,287kb Zipped, 1,300kb Unzipped.
Number of Pages: 1 long scrolling page.
Format: Executable (.exe)
Subject: Quick Cash Injections details the methods Sara used when she first started out in Internet Marketing to generate quick cash when needed.

ABOUT SARA BROWN (AUTHOR OF QUICK CASH INJECTIONS)
Sara Brown is one of the UK’s top Internet Marketers. She runs a variety of websites which can all be accessed from http://www.sara-brown.com/choices/. If you want to know more read her About Me page on eBay or subscribe to her newsletter through her websites.

ABOUT QUICK CASH INJECTIONS
After reading An Interview with Sara Brown I was intrigued by her unique income generating methods and had to know more. This led me to purchase her ebook “Quick Cash Injections.” This ebook tells you how Sara generates quick cash injections when she needs them.

In the ebook Sara discusses how to:

  • Get your first set of cash injections within 24-72 hours!!
  • Get your second set of cash injection within 1 week!!
  • Get your third set of cash injections in 2+ weeks!!
  • How to generate quick cash injections with Digital Products!!
  • How to generate quick cash injections with Physical Goods!!
  • How to generate quick cash injections without any product!!

Quick Cash Injections begins with Sara telling you why you need quick cash injections. As she puts it there are some of us who do not have savings and “There are often financial emergencies and unexpected bills that require a sudden cash injection to rectify.” She then goes on to explain how you can generate these quick cash injections in three basic timeframes; 24-72 hours, 1 week, and 2+ weeks. She then sums up the ebook and outlines why soon it will be necessary to generate quick cash injections using the “Pensions Crisis” (where thousands of people are now facing a bleak retirement due to having ten years salary stolen from them) as an example.

As expected I found this ebook to be a very interesting read. I feel some of the methods Sara uses are very good and some are not so good. To conduct this review I will outline each cash injection below and how effective I think it is.

Sara’s first cash injection is reselling ebooks on eBay. She believes that this can provide you with a quick cash injection within 24-72 hours. Whilst the actual chapter does outline some useful tips for ebook sellers (such as using a unique listing title), I have to disagree with the timeframe Sara uses. As I outline in my own ebook “How to set up a Successful, Automated, Ebook Business on eBay” the ebook market on eBay is now very competitive. Simply listing the ebook on eBay does not guarantee you a sale. I think the best method of selling ebooks on eBay is to build a large, constantly expanding, automated ebook business on eBay which requires regular promotion. To achieve this will take considerably longer than 24-72 hours and I personally would not class this method as a quick cash injection.

The next cash injection is making money from other people’s mistakes. I can’t go into too much detail as it will give too much away but I have to agree that this is a very good quick cash injection. When I launched “How to set up a Successful, Automated, Ebook Business on eBay” I made quite a few mistakes, some which could have potentially been very damaging to my sales. Luckily for me I had someone identify these mistakes free of charge, and all before the product was launched. However, I have learnt from this the value of checking for mistakes. The earlier they are identified, the less damaging they can be. Now as I said I can’t reveal exactly how exactly you can make money from other people’s mistakes but it is one of the better 24-72 hour cash injections included in Quick Cash Injections.

The third cash injection is Ebay Arbitrage. Now most Ebay Arbitrage systems I have seen involve a misspelling tool which is still an effective tool but is becoming increasingly widely used. Sara’s arbitrage system involves simply buying goods off eBay and reselling them on eBay for a higher price. I can’t say anymore as it will reveal exactly what she does. Sara also includes an example of the system in action with examples of real goods she has purchased and sold on eBay. This is a good cash injection with the potential for high profit margins but it does require more time than some of the other methods outlined.

Next up is the 1 week cash injections. The first involves buying and selling domain names. This is again another excellent cash injection. Sara gives plenty of good tips in this chapter on which domains should be popular and which domains may not be so popular. She also provides a great resource to get free appraisals on domain names. Although I have not personally dabbled in this area, I have seen others do it successfully so know that there is potential for high profits. Also, it can all be done without even having to leave your PC so I can again see this as being a great method to get quick cash injections.

The second 1 week cash injection involves selling disks (CDs). You don’t need your own product but there are various legal guidelines you need to be aware of when embarking upon this cash injection. Sara outlines them all inside the ebook. My overall opinion on this cash injection is that although it will work I don’t think it is worth the effort when compared to some of the other cash injections mentioned. This idea involves sourcing, packing, and shipping whereas for some of the other injections you don’t have to leave your PC.

The next cash injection involves freelance writing. In this section Sara provides you with an excellent free resource on which contains a database of thousands of jobs for freelance writers. Most people are an expert at something so this is a cash injection worth considering. Personally, I am in two minds about this subject. On the one hand it would be great for me to be paid for writing articles similar to those that I already do. On the other hand if I did write freelance articles for others, I would not be able to use these as promotional tools like I currently do. Overall, opinion on this cash injection is likely to be divided and it all comes down to how you want to use your writing skills.

Following the previous cash injection, Sara provides two website links. The first is a website that lists goods that people don’t want anymore. If you want that person’s goods then they will give them to you for free. What you do with it after is up to you but this is a potentially useful cash injection. The second website is a free list of 1000 money making ideas. I have read a few of the ideas and some are very easy to set up, some not so easy. However, both these websites are a useful bonus and could easily provide quick cash injections.

After this section comes the 2+ weeks cash injections. The first of these is paid online surveys. In this section Sara outlines why you should never pay for access to surveys (to summarise companies aren’t allowed to make you pay to perform market research). She then provides you with a website that gives you access to many free paid surveys. This is an invaluable link as many ebooks charge you for this very information. I personally don’t rate paid surveys too highly. Although you do get paid for sitting at your PC and filling out a survey (which is simple enough) I find it quite boring. If you feel that the money outweighs the boredom or actually enjoy doing surveys then this could be a good cash injection for you to try.

The next cash injection is the car boot sale method. Again I can’t say too much or I will reveal exactly what it is but this is one of my favourites in the ebook. The car boot sale method is basically a technique that Sara uses herself to get goods from a car boot at well below the price they are being sold (and no she doesn’t steal them). Once aquired these goods can be sold separately on eBay or at the place where Sara herself sells them (again I can’t reveal it here). Using this method Sara says that she bought some stock from a car boot for £60 and then sold it for £1,920. Although I haven’t tried this method it does sound like an excellent way to generate a lot of cash for very little work.

The final cash injection is creating your own software without being an expert programmer (or even amateur programmer). Again I can’t reveal how you achieve this here (it’s all revealed in the ebook) but I can tell you that all you have to do is come up with the idea i.e. what function do you want the software to fulfill. Now this income stream will cost you a bit of money to set up but in my opinion the potential returns are well worth it. Out of all the methods mentioned in Quick Cash Injections I think this is one of the best and one that I am seriously considering looking into in the future.

Overall, Quick Cash Injections comes with a mix of ideas but thankfully the good outweighs the bad. I personally don’t think that the ebooks with resell rights chapter would serve as a very good quick cash injection and I don’t rate paid online surveys highly, but on the other hand I think the car boot method and creating your own software cash injections are some of the best money making ideas I have come across. The ebook is worth it’s price for these methods alone.

GOOD POINTS

  • The making money from other people’s mistakes cash injection can generate money within a couple of days, for very little work, without you having to leave your PC.
  • The Ebay Arbitrage System with a little creative thinking can be another great quick cash injection and could even be used as a long term business.
  • Buying and selling domains allows you to generate cash from the comfort of your own PC.
  • The car boot sale method is a unique, easy to implement idea, which requires little time and can produce huge profit margins.
  • The creating your own software cash injection can be used by anyone, and for a small initial investment, could make you a LOT of money.

BAD POINTS

  • I don’t think that reselling ebooks on eBay qualifies as a quick cash injection.
  • Selling disks (CDs) takes a reasonable amount of time and only produces very small profit margins.
  • Paid online surveys can be long, tiring, and often boring.
  • The delivery system delays your access to the ebook which I found quite annoying.

HOW I HAVE GAINED FROM QUICK CASH INJECTIONS
At the moment I have not implemented the ideas from Quick Cash Injections. The reason for this is that I do not require any quick cash injections at the moment and also I am pursuing more long-term money making methods. However, I could definitely see myself using some of the ideas in the future, especially the creating your own software one. Next time I end up at a car boot sale (although I don’t go very often) the car boot sale method will prove a nice little earner.

Ebay Auction Income Streams!!

EBOOK DETAILS
File Size: 628kb Zipped, 829kb Unzipped.
Number of Pages: 1 long scrolling page.
Format: Executable (.exe)
Subject: Ebay Auction Income Streams tells you how to set up your own income streams using eBay auctions. It also goes by the name of ‘I would like to give you my Income.’

ABOUT SARA BROWN (AUTHOR OF EBAY AUCTION INCOME STREAMS)
Sara Brown is one of the UK’s top Internet Marketers. She runs a variety of websites which can all be accessed from http://www.sara-brown.com/choices/. If you want to know more read her About Me page on eBay or subscribe to her newsletter through her websites.

ABOUT EBAY AUCTION INCOME STREAMS
After reading An Interview with Sara Brown I was intrigued by her unique income generating methods and had to know more. This led me to purchase her first ebook “Ebay Auction Income Streams.” This ebook quite simply tells you how to set up your own auction income streams on eBay - auctions that provide you with a regular income for as long as you need.

In the ebook Sara discusses:

  • Why she believes we are being conned by working in a Job!!
  • What an Ebay Auction Income Stream actually is!!
  • Where people go wrong on eBay!!
  • How to make money on eBay with ebooks!!
  • The best subjects to write ebooks on!!
  • The process she uses to write her own ebooks!!
  • The process she uses to sell her ebooks!!

Ebay Auction Income Streams begins with a quite long description of why Sara believes we are being conned by working in jobs 9-5, 40 hours a week. I can tell that this is one subject that she is very passionate about. Following this Sara discusses resell rights and then gets on to the main body of the ebook which is all about researching, writing, and selling your own ebook.

As expected I found this ebook to be a very interesting read. Ebay Auction Income Streams gives you real workable methods that can be used to get you earning from eBay in the near future. I found the best bit of the ebook to be the section on researching your own ebook. Even if you thought that you didn’t have anything to write an ebook about, after reading this section you WILL be able to write your own ebook on a profitable subject. What’s more, you can be sure that these methods work because Sara shows you how she is implementing them herself.

I agree with Sara, that anyone following her methods has the ability to create a profitable ebook that they can be selling on eBay in a number of weeks. I also believe that everyone who is not yet earning money on the Internet SHOULD try these methods that Sara outlines. Why? Because the big advantage of setting up your own Ebay Auction Income Stream is that once set up, the rest is virtually automated. All you have to do is relist the auction and maybe tweak it slightly from time to time. With many other products on eBay you have to keep an inventory, package, post, and sometimes replace items but with Ebay Auction Income Streams you can avoid all that.

Although this is a good ebook I do have some criticisms. Firstly, I do not agree with Sara’s view on resell rights but then this is a subject on which many people disagree. I believe that they can be used and sold effectively on eBay but Sara believes that you should control the rights to your own ebooks. Sara’s view does hold true in some situations but products with resell rights still have a purpose.

Also I found the delivery to be slightly inconvenient compared to other ebooks. Although this is not a direct ebook criticism it does impact on the purchasing process. Sara does explain that this system is to prevent unauthorised theft and copying of the ebook, but it does slow down the whole process of getting to read the ebook. Basically when you purchase the ebook you get access to a download page but upon opening the ebook you are told to email Sara with a special code. She then sends you a password to the ebook. Although it took less than an hour to receive the password I did find this delivery system slightly annoying when I was expecting instant access to the ebook.

Overall, Ebay Auction Income Streams is a good text to read if you have been thinking about writing an ebook for a while and need some inspiration. After reading it you will know which topics are the most profitable to write upon and how to effectively research these topics for an ebook. Although I don’t agree with all Sara’s views I still agree that this is a great method for generating and profiting from your own ebooks.

GOOD POINTS

  • Provides you with a method for researching, creating, and selling profitable ebooks.
  • Sara shows how she herself has implemented her ideas.
  • Once set up Ebay Auction Income Streams are virtually automated.
  • Comes with a free link to Sara’s resource website.
  • Comes with full email support in setting up your first Income Stream.

BAD POINTS

  • Similar information to The One Month Magnate.
  • Only focuses on eBay sales when off eBay sales may be more profitable.
  • I don’t personally agree with Sara’s view on resell rights.
  • The delivery system delays access to your ebook which I found quite annoying.

HOW I HAVE GAINED FROM EBAY AUCTION INCOME STREAMS
Ebay Auction Income Streams is one of the ebooks that pushed me to create my own product. Although I did not use all of Sara’s ideas to create my ebook I still had a product which was mine at the end of it. The One Month Magnate!!

EBOOK DETAILS
File Size: 1.55mb Unzipped.
Number of Pages: 1 long scrolling page.
Format: Executable (.exe)
Subject: The One Month Magnate is a step by step guide to how Tony Shepherd created a product to sell on the internet starting from scratch. That means no mailing list and no website, just his past experience.

ABOUT TONY SHEPHERD (AUTHOR OF THE ONE MONTH MAGNATE)
Tony Shepherd is one of the UK’s most private Internet Marketers. Co-owner of Laycock Publishing with marketing guru Sara Brown, Tony has written several books and made his living from the Internet for a number of years. Tony usually writes under different names and keeps his private life away from work, making sure the latter is kept to a minimum.

ABOUT THE ONE MONTH MAGNATE
The One Month Magnate shows how Tony Shepherd given a computer and an Internet connection went from earning nothing to over $4,000 in 30 days. He did not use a website or his mailing list. The ebook tells in great detail, with screenshots and links, how Tony did this. He divulges all the tools he used and exactly how he did it. In his own word “I follow this blueprint every time I’m setting up a new business.”

In the ebook Tony discusses:

  • How most Internet users willingly tell you what they’re prepared to pay money for, without you even realising!!
  • How experience is NOT Important!!
  • The blueprint he uses to launch all his new businesses!!
  • Why he will never work for an Employer again!!
  • How he did it EXACTLY including the EXACT amount of money earned, and the EXACT way he implemented the blueprint, with screenshots to illustrate this!!
  • How to become an Expert in your chosen field!!
  • How to use free gifts to make Money!!
  • How experts can help you make money for Free!!
  • What he would have done the following month to increase his Profits!!

The process Tony follows involves three main stages; Research, Becoming an Expert, and Marketing and Selling the Product. In the research stage, Tony tells you all the tools he uses to decide upon and research his product. Then he tells you about the sources he uses to become an expert in this field. Finally, Tony tells you the methods he would use to market and sell his product (without a website remember). On top of this there is even a bonus section outlining what Tony would have done if he had an extra 11 days to market his product.

Upon reading this ebook I was very impressed. Firstly, impressed about the amount of money Tony actually made, and secondly I was impressed about the level of honesty and detail within the ebook. Tony tells you exactly what he did and what he didn’t. For example, Tony admits that he didn’t set up a website to promote his product because he didn’t have time. It definitely gives you an interesting idea on how 30 days hard work could potentially provide you with a regular income. My favourite part of this ebook was definitely the bit on becoming an expert in thirty days. Tony estimates that by using his research methods he knew more on his chosen subject than 90% of people, and that was in just a few days. Imagine the potential this information has when you apply it to creating your own product.

My only criticism of this ebook is that it’s aimed at readers who have a reasonable knowledge of Internet Marketing. You will need to know how to use forums, how to create the product you decide upon, and how to accept payments online. The problem with this approach is that although a lot of Internet Marketing methods are mentioned they are not covered in much depth. Therefore, if you are a beginner in the Internet Marketing field you may be better off reading an ebook such as The Rich Jerk before you start on The One Month Magnate.

Also I found the delivery to be slightly inconvenient compared to other ebooks. Although this is not a direct ebook criticism it does impact on the purchasing process. Tony does explain that this system is to prevent unauthorised theft and copying of the ebook, but it does slow down the whole process of getting to read the ebook. Basically when you purchase the ebook you get access to a download page but upon opening the ebook you are told to email Tony with a special code. He then sends you a password to the ebook. Although it took less than an hour to receive the password I did find this delivery system slightly annoying when I was expecting instant access to the ebook.

Overall, I would highly recommend this ebook for those who are reasonably well versed in Internet Marketing. It provides one of the most in-depth looks I have come across on researching, promoting, and selling a product on the Internet, in such a short period. Obviously, if you had longer you would be able to market your product in much greater depth and perhaps use more methods to do so, but given the short-time period, this is a seriously impressive ebook.

GOOD POINTS

  • Gives readers a step by step system with screenshots that can easily be applied to almost any product.
  • The section on how to become an expert with no prior knowledge of the field is particularly useful. With this information, the products you could release are virtually limitless.
  • All the methods of promotion outlined are very effective yet require no financial expenditure.
  • The methods used will generate residual income i.e. Tony would have generated at least the same amount of money every consecutive month, following this blueprint.
  • The style of writing is to the point and easy to follow.
  • The text is broken up by images making it easier to read.

BAD POINTS

  • The ebook is mainly aimed at the short-term even though Tony does say what he would have done in the next 10 days (medium-term). It does not discuss more long-term forms of Internet Marketing.
  • Although it touches on a lot of key Internet Marketing methods, it does not go into great detail on them.
  • It leaves you wondering what other ebooks Tony Shepherd has written (under his other aliases) with no way to find out.
  • The delivery system delays your access to the ebook which I found quite annoying.

HOW I HAVE GAINED FROM THE ONE MONTH MAGNATE
The One Month Magnate is one of the ebooks that pushed me to create my own product. Although I have not yet created a successful ebook in one month like Tony, The One Month Magnate I still have a successful product. I did not use all of Tony’s ideas and certainly did not implement them as fast as he did but I still have an ebook at the end of it.
